日月のコーヒーの特徴

当店のコーヒーは、世界のコーヒー名産地の特定農園の厳選された豆を、京都のコーヒーマイスターが豆の味わいを活かし焙煎しています。豊かな香り・味・余韻を五感で楽しめるコーヒーを、豆の熟成度によって細かく調整をしながらサイフォン式マシンで、又はハンドドリップで丁寧に抽出します。

Our coffee's distinctive features

Our signature coffee is carefully selected beans from specific farms in coffee-producing regions around the world, with a focus on preserving the balance of flavors. Our coffee is expertly  curated and crafted  by a renowned coffee master,Tsuzuki Yoshiya.

We extract coffee using a siphon-style machine while finely adjusting it based on the bean's ripeness, or through a meticulous hand-drip method.
